Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: (decided address on help line)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns Eligibility

  • Unopened & Unused Products: Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, with seals and labels intact.
  • Time Frame: Returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Testers/testers pack
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional items or free samples
  • Body Mists
  • Linen Sprays
  • Candles
  • Diffusers / Car fragrances.
  • Less than 90% of the perfume in the bottle.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage.
